During summer holidays and school holidays the barn is only available for weekly lets from Friday to Friday.

Low season we offer long weekends or short breaks (minimum 3 night stays.)

Check in times 4pm and check out 10am.

To secure booking we ask for 50% deposit at time of booking and agreement to our terms and conditions.

Balance payable 6 weeks before your stay.  If your stay is sooner than this we ask for full payment at time of booking.

BABIES AND CHILDREN?

Our three children who are 5, 8 and 10 live onsite and love it here.  The Nook sits next to but detached from our family home.  This area is a haven for children.  Loads of space to explore outside and play.  However, there are two ponds on site so younger children must be supervised at all times.  Behind our private home is a steep incline with no hand rails so we would prefer guests to not venture up there.

Inside the Nook, babes in arms /newborns are welcome but very young crawling children and toddlers would need to be supervised at all times as there is no provision for a stair gate due to the design of the glass banister.  Children ages 4 and upwards would be fine but of course, please supervise them as you would elsewhere.
